Monthly Community Yoga - Every 3rd Saturday at 11:30am (Arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled). Heartland Child and Family Services, 811 Grand Ave Sacramento, CA 95838 (AUGUST SESSION RESCHEDULED TO 2ND SATURDAY) Directions: Enter parking lot off of Grand Ave. Enter in the door to left of the red metal wall. Class is held in the atrium. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled.

White Bath Experience Healing Workshop IN-PERSON
Join us Saturday, August 22nd from 2:00 - 5:00pm for a guided healing experience rooted in African spiritual traditions & practices. Learn the purpose of spiritual cleansing through white baths and create your own ritual blend to take home (all supplies provided).
